Our owners Royce Schultz and Zac McGuffin have been in the window cleaning and customer service industries their whole lives!
Royce was in customer service from a young age and has been in window cleaning and related fields for over 15 years now. He has held management positions in each company he has worked with. Most recently he spent a few years as chief operations manager at a large and prosperous window cleaning company! This experience has given him the tools and skills required for his invaluable role at Royal. He has cleaned hundreds of thousands of windows. Both managed the screen departments and built thousands of sunscreens, professionally installing even more!
Zac has been cleaning windows off and on for over 7 years and quickly became a seasoned vet in all related skills when he decided to do it full time in 2008. He quickly becoming a field and quality control manager for a well established window cleaning company. Zac has also worked in the customer service and restaurant industries for over 17 years, holding nearly every position from the ground floor up, including Kitchen Manager to GM. In that time he developed a strong belief and demand for superior customer service and a keen eye for detail. These tools have proven invaluable to Royal in providing superior service, with both stringent quality control and customer relation standards.
