We clean most of our clients homes between 2-3 times annually which is what we typically recommend.
Some homes, especially those in desert or rural areas or with children and pets tend to dirty much faster in which case 4 to 6 times a year can be more appropriate.
Some of our clients have a full clean once a year and others do every month. We can create a custom routine suited to your individual needs.
Normally your interior glass is dirtier than you may think.
Environmental pollutants, fingerprints, children, pets, dust or oils in the air and other factors can cause inside glass, tracks, and sills to become quite soiled.
For first time cleanings or if it has been a long time since you last cleaning, it is highly recommended you have the interior cleaned!
For recurring work we recommend having the inside done at least every other cleaning.

Due to a wide variety of conditions we quote each home on an individual basis.
We will happily give you a ballpark estimate over the phone. However, we do most final estimates in person at your home.
You typically do not need to home for the on-site estimate. If you are not available, we will call or e-mail you an official estimate.

Cancellations should be done no later than 24 hours before scheduled cleaning.
Cancellation within 24 hours of service may be subject to a $20 fee.
For exterior only cleanings you do not need to be home.
You do need to have gates unlocked.
Please quarantine or lock up pets who may not take well to strangers.
Please reserve appointment with a credit card if you will not home before the completion of work.
Your payment is collected upon completion of scheduled work.
We except all major credit cards as well as cash or check.
Most card payments are done with our secure mobile card reader. Your payment can also be called in to our office.
Invoices or receipts are typically sent via e-mail or a paper copy will be provided upon request.
